Olivia Williams is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT152857), and she is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, improve their relationships, and find more balance in their lives. She believes therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen—and she works to create that environment for every client she meets.
Olivia earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University. Her clinical experience includes working with a variety of patients at a San Diego based hospital, where she supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. This work deepened her commitment to providing compassionate care rooted in empathy and respect.
In her practice, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating a specific struggle or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, she is here to walk alongside you at your pace.
Olivia is currently pursuing licensure in the state of California (AMFT152857) and works under the supervision of Licensed Clinical Psychologist Kirstin Filizetti, Ph.D. (PSY25099). If you’re curious about whether therapy with her might be a good fit, we would love to hear from you.
