Brenna Spader, AMFT, is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT141298) committed to empowering individuals to find true joy and fulfillment in their lives. With a client-centered approach, Brenna believes in deeply understanding each individual's pain, values, and passions to foster holistic healing and support them in living a balanced, well-rounded life. 

Brenna has a focus in treating depression, generalized anxiety, trauma, relationship and peer connection difficulties, and navigating life's challenges, drawing from her experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Programs for teens and adults, as well as individual counseling. Utilizing modalities such as DBT, Mindfulness Practices, and Attachment-Based Therapy, Brenna creates a warm and inviting environment where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable. 

Brenna received her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. She is currently pursuing licensure in the State of California (AMFT141298) and is under the direct supervision of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Patricia O’Brien (LCSW 75267), ensuring the highest standards of care while continuing to grow and develop as a therapist.
