Jasmine received her M.A. in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University and her B.A. in Communications, minor in Cognitive Science, from the University of San Diego, California. Jasmine completed her clinical training working with children and families in an outpatient setting and has also worked in community mental health providing services to young adults and adults while working for Community Research Foundation. She especially enjoys working with teens and young adults through their late 20s. Jasmine practices cultural awareness and humility in her work with clients, especially those identifying with minority culture including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ groups. Jasmine is pursuing TF-CBT training to support clients who have experienced trauma as well as Gottman training to incorporate into her work with couples and families. While pursuing dual-licensure in the State of California, Jasmine conducts therapy under the direct supervision of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Lauren Hoover (LMFT143979).
