Dr. Viviana Galindo is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY35055) specializing in psychoanalytical therapy, committed to fostering deep personal insights and transformative growth. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completed an internship at the American Psychological Association accredited program at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Grounded in psychoanalytical theory, Dr. Galindo further honed her expertise through a fellowship at the San Diego Psychoanalytic Center. Her clinical approach is enriched by a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including her intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This training empowered her to lead DBT skills groups and provide individual therapy during her internship, enhancing her ability to address complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Dr. Galindo has provided compassionate therapy across multicultural settings since 2006. Her extensive clinical journey spans psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, inpatient addiction treatment facilities, university counseling centers, and private practice. She has conducted comprehensive psychological evaluations across diverse populations, from children to older adults, in settings ranging from private practice to forensic environments.

Specializing in adult therapy, Dr. Galindo adeptly addresses depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and various emotional disturbances. Known for her empathy and strong therapeutic alliances, she values the collaborative process of healing and personal growth.
